We enjoyed this hotel! It was a great find...It is directly across the street from the Sheraton, which had MUCH higher prices! The Hilton has been updated and the rooms are nice. We had rooms on the 25th floor, and we did NOT hear street noise...It was great to be able to sleep in each day!! This is primarily a business hotel, so while there may not be as many restaurants, etc. as the Sheraton across the street, we traveled as a family and felt we had everything we needed! We would recommend the Atlantic Seafood Company, a GREAT restaurant within walking distance, and we also walked to the food court at Prudential for an inexpensive breakfast on several mornings. We loved having breakfast at The Pour House (akso within walking distance) on our last day of the trip! We loved staying in Back Bay and would definitely recommend the Hilton!!!

$* for parking. $* for wifi. $* plus 23% of the bill for admin/service fees on in-room dining. ~$* for further fees and taxes. ABSURDLY expensive when you add in al of the real costs. Greedy. Staff / rooms uninspiring.

Truly and excellent stay at the Hilton Back Bay!! The rooms were large with very comfortable beds. Plenty of space in the bathroom with all the necessities included. (hairdryer, soaps etc) Very, very close to everything you could need. Fine dining, cheap eats, trolley tours, T station ... all within minutes from the hotel. We took the big double decker bus tour which was very convienient right across the street. What really set this hotel above the rest though was the business center downstairs next to starbucks coffee. WOW! 5 computers and a printer available to guests downstairs. The front desk even made a couple photocopies of my husbands passport so we didn't have to lug around his original. Considering on our vacation we had been to 5 hotels by the time we arrived there we were SO PLESANTLY surprised that I nearly hugged the woman at the front desk. No complaints for this hotel (and it is the only one from our whole month vacation)! Great job to Hilton and to these employees who obviously take pride in their jobs and want their guests to have a great stay!

We had previously stayed across the street at the Sheraton. But after booking into this Hilton we are making this our permanent Boston hotel of choice. The Hilton room was spacious, spotless and beautifully appointed. The hotel was very busy that night, but our room was quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and efficient. Everything about this hotel was perfect in every way.
